CIS Network

Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas is a part of the National Communities In Schools Network, the nation's largest dropout prevention organization. CIS is a nationwide network of passionate professionals working in public schools to surround students with support and community resources. CIS serves 1.5 million at risk students annually, working directly with students in 2,300 schools across the United States. 

Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas is one of 187 local CIS affiliates. CIS of the Heart of Texas serves over 3,200 at risk students across 19 schools in 6 districts.
